· Please allow 4-6 weeks for the creation of your bag(s); plus a bit longer for shipping if you don’t live in Connecticut.  Shipping costs vary according to your location.

· We offer bulk discounts!  Purchase six bags, and receive 10% off your order!  Better still, host an Isabella Party (CT or Western MA area) and earn a free bag!  Virtual parties?  Sure, we’ve done that!

· Monogram your bag for a nominal fee.  One letter is $7.00, and three letters is $9.00 extra.

· We’re sorry, but returns of custom-designed bags are not accepted.  However, if there is a manufacturing defect, call immediately and we will be happy to fix it!

· At present time, Isabella Bags accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and checks.  Simply email your order to us, and we’ll call you to obtain credit card information.  Please do not email your credit card information to us!
